Laver’s new office based on bustling Foveaux Street in the heart of Surry Hills features an eclectic mix of wood, marble, and brick surfaces, combining the old and new into a welcoming and sun filled working space.

Wooden beams decorate the celling, and the exposed brick walls pay tribute to the history of the building.

Our stormy grey Belize natural stone slabs feature in their open planned kitchen, juxtaposing with the warm leather chairs and wooden table. In the bathrooms, our Venetian Cotto terrazzo slabs bring a pop of colour that compliments the rustic orange and grey colour scheme.

Winner of the Silver Award in the Commercial Interior Design category for the 2022 Sydney Design Awards, Prestige Brands HQ by Crest Interiors features a playful mix of colours and sleek finishes to make this one beautiful space to work in.

Our T2 Vintage terrazzo inspired porcelain tiles feature throughout the entire office bringing pops of colour and complimenting the emerald green walls and surfaces.

Our green Zellij Brick tiles for the kitchen splashback and T2 tiles amplify the complementary colour scheme employed by Crest Interiors in the kitchen with mixes of sage, emerald, rust orange and warm wood.

Situated in Sydney’s CBD, Slaloms new HQ featured luxurious finishes of wood, brick, and leather.

Our Tibet Pearl bricks feature throughout the headquarters, the stone variation adding an element of organic authenticity to the tan wood and leather chairs, which have been carefully scattered around to promote conversation and teambuilding.

Featured Products: Lloret

Located on Carrington Street in Sydney’s CBD, Brookfield Properties Australian Headquarters features a strong Modernist design influence and plays with the vast internal space.

Designed by Bates Smart and built by Multiplex Construction, the Headquarters uses a minimal palette of white, steel and our dark grey marble slabs Lloret. Splashes of deep ochre bring a vibrancy to the otherwise understated interiors.

The gallery-like space plays with light and curves and emphasises the dramatic staircase and multi level building.

Newly refurbished Coles Headquarters at Tooronga Victoria features a balanced mix of original colours and new neutral tones to create a warm and open space to welcome clients and employees both. The 1000m2 approximate reception area was designed around a circular pathway aimed at funnelling people through entry and exit points while the hanging gardens and plant boxes were integrated to soften the space and give the aesthetic of natural light and warmth.

Our Epoca Blush Flutes are showcased as the main feature wall, drawing the eye instantly to the Coles main sign. Our Dito mosaics are used as elegant cladding for dividing walls and plant boxes. In the bathrooms our Epoca Blush tiles and Flutes are used for the walls and features and our Artesia Chevron as a stimulating flooring option. The dark and light schemes balancing together for a professional and also luxurious atmosphere.

Morling College in Macquarie Park NSW by Stanton Dahl Architects and interiors by DEM Architects was a complete reimagining of the original space. Construction company Grindley were engaged to complete the building of the new ministry and learning centre.

The works comprise the demolition of existing structures and the construction of a new five storey multi-purpose facility. The building incorporates education spaces, offices and a cafe, staff amenities and a 22-vehicle carpark.

A vast range of Skheme tiles were incorporated into the interior design such as our Aspen Chevron, Vancouver and Baton ranges in the bathrooms to create a mix of stone and wood finishes in a neutral and minimal design aesthetic.

Our Form range in Pearl and Charcoal were used for the main foyer areas, the dark and light scheme creating a visually bold contrast with the steel beams and solid wood panelling.

Halyards Health new office fit-out by inOne projects was requested to be a fresh and modern office space that featured multi-purpose open plan sit-to-stand workstations to private meeting and conference rooms.

Our Scoop Sky Blue gloss mosaics are showcased in the communal kitchen area as a crisp splash-back as well as a feature wall around the columns. The colour sits perfectly with the cool tones of the office and accentuates the natural light and greenery.

Recently refurbished Marbury Building located at 174-182 Goulburn Street in Surry Hills features our large format Piasentina Light tiles.

Resembling natural stone, our Piasentina features characteristic white veining that accentuates the transition of curve to sharp lines that are a dominant design element in the lobby. 

The light grey colour of the tile works well with the black and wood scheme, complimenting without overpowering.

Eye-catching and bright, The Roselands Shopping Centre Upgrade features our Casablanca Blush and Jade, along with our Terrazzo fusion in the male and female amenities.

The pink and green hues bring out the multi-coloured speckles in the terrazzo, brightening the space for a fun and modern atmosphere.

International Towers Sydney is among one of Australia’s most sustainable high-rise workplaces. Of these Towers is Tower Three which features our basics range in their amenities. The building was constructed in a partnership between Lendlease and the NSW government.

Tower Three is one of the biggest high-rise office buildings in Australia to have received a 6 Star Green Star Office Design v3 rating – the highest honour on the internationally recognised sustainability rating system – from the Green Building Council of Australia.

Situated in the heart of the Parramatta CBD, Western Sydney University (WSU) is a pioneer in vertical learning environments, which is designed to foster connections between students and staff, community members and industry.

Featured in the main lobby areas are our large format Basaltina Sabbiata tiles, porcelain influenced by natural lava stone. The lightness of the porcelain brings in the natural light offered by the surrounding glass walls and wood panelling. There is a curious mixture of curves and contrasting straight lines, the atrium concept creates a sense of community and connectivity allowing for greater mobility while aiding sightlines between floors.

Completed in 2017, Travelodge Hotel Mascot is a mixed-use development over 13 storeys comprising 209 hotel rooms, 6 floors of commercial office space with panoramic views to Botany Bay. The development is well located in proximity to Sydney Airport and also delivers over 800 long stay car spaces, café, laundromat and a rooftop terrace.

Featured in the main lobby is our Vancouver and Core ranges, a pleasing mix of light and dark stones, the veining of the Vancouver working well with the uniform colour of the Core.

Completed in 2016, QT Hotels are a 5 star hotel group being developed in Australian cities and Australian resort areas and now also in New Zealand. QT Melbourne is the culmination of 3.5 years work for Indyk Architects as interior architects for all Guest rooms, Apartments and hallways, Candelapas Architects as the master architects of the new build and Nic Graham as Interior Designer for all public spaces.

QT Melbourne is a testament to the industrial and raw style of Melbourne City, utilising aluminium framed glazed systems for the bathrooms along with our custom ordered range of porcelain tiles inspired by slate natural stone.

Basic white tiles have also been used to compliment the monochrome aesthetic in the bathrooms and adds a chic modern feel to the space.
